What can I say about this one. It's an absolute classic cover and Dr. Rodil Mocquino, aka The Voodoo Master, is an absolute classic super villain. Although he perishes at the end of this adventure he returns in "The City of Doom" five issues from now and then again in "Voodoo Trail" a couple years down the road.
