What a fun cover! The Shadow smashes crime for all to see. He even takes out a dame! Justice truly turns a blind eye. A great 'hands' cover that gives life to the tale that was submitted under the title "The Disintegrator". I haven't read this one but John gives this his stamp of approval so that's good enough for me.
