Nice cover for this short lived series. It ran for 14 issues in it's first run. The character appeared in short story form in the back pages of The Shadow Magazine (and one appearance in the pages of Crime Busters) over the course of the next three years. The magazine got a second chance in October of 1940 and ran 10 more issues before bowing out in April of 1942.
