Boring cover and a not so great villain. It seems, however, that the Khan story arc was so popular that they wanted to try and have another recurring villain. The Wasp does survive and comes back in "The Wasp Returns" (with a better cover) but that will be all for the recurring bad guys in The Shadow Magazine.
