Agent T... you are absolutely right.  A tie?  Brown at that!  A shawl for a cloak?  A fitted double breasted suit?  Very impractical.  As to Tinsley, I've never read his work.  Since I am going through the series in as close an order as I can I haven't gotten to his stuff yet.  If any of you out there haven't read the Benedict Stark novels, then check out this review.
