Doom on the Hill

Is there nothing The Shadow cannot do?  A speeding locomotive under his control?  Wow.  I like this cover well enough even if there are no obvious "bad guys" threatening our hero.  The story sounds like a good one and I look forward to reading this one when it gets reprinted.
