THE VOODOO MASTER. Great cover and story, the first of 3 featuring Dr. Rodil Moquino, the titular villain. I personally prefer Moquino to Shiwan Khan in the race for Greatest Shadow Villain. Plus, the stories are better! This would be in the running for my top 3 Shadow covers, were it not for the fact that our hero is uncharacteristically dressed in RED suit, cloak and hat, rather than black, following the story's dictates.
