THE BLACKMAIL KING. This mediocre cover would be improved by a mile if the Shadow's garb was black instead of an obvious blue. I understand highlighting black with blue (Batman greatly suffered from that!), but this isn't highlighted, it's just blue. Meh. Unknown-to-me-story...
