This cover is beyond cool. The figure of Death with not only a bony finger pointing to the next victim, it is a bloody finger! The green hooded cloak may have been a nod to the early depictions of the Shadow that appeared in the corner of the first few issues of The Shadow Magazine. The Shadow fixing his stare on the reader as blood drips from the pages of "The Book of Death"! What a fantastic example of Pulp Art. For a review, click here.

Iconic!
This cover is beyond cool. The figure of Death with not only a bony finger pointing to the next victim, it is a bloody finger!
