Not sure where or when this would have appeared but it seems to be some sort of advertisement for the radio program. If it were for the comics they would have used artwork by Vernon Greene. If it were for the magazine they would have used any number of illustrations or covers. Movies, ditto. I guess that this is for a local or regional radio station or for a group of stations owned across the country by one company. It matters not, it's just an odd bit of artwork.
