Death's Premium

For me this is one of the best covers in the series.  The technique is beautiful, the color palette is spot on and the concept is exquisite.  The ring just pops off of the cover and the use of the insurance policy makes it clear what is involved in this tale.  I haven't read this one yet but this story ushered in the new decade (although it was written in '39).  If you haven't read it you can find the reprint in issue # 41.  If you want a preview then certainly read this review from Mr. J.
