Trying to frame me, Joe? TRAIL OF VENGEANCE. Poorly rendered cover I think Rozen must've tossed this off in his sleep. He must have been irked with S&S about this time, overworked, underpaid - SOMETHING - because his work really went downhill in this era. Had this pulp years ago but don't remember the story; my guess is that it was no great shakes...
