GROVE OF DOOM...Oh, what a tangled web we weave...Love this cover, very iconic! First Gibson story I ever read, too; in truncated form, in THE WEIRD ADVENTURES OF THE SHADOW, which I bought back in '66 - first book I ever ordered, after seeing it mentioned in an article on THE SHADOW and Gibson in TIME or NEWSWEEK. Up 'til that point, had only read the BELMONT Dennis Lynds SHADOWs. Snake, snake!
