Another dull cover. Lots of potential but it looks as if the AD went to sleep on this. Some good pulp elements with the green hand (greed) drenched in blood and The Shadow firing away are lost to the really bad use of the dollar signs. I also have never been a fan of The Shadow being smaller than the villains so I'm not a fan of this cover. Pity, it really could have been cool.
