New English Library presents The Mobsmen on the Spot

A bit better representation although the ring is on the wrong finger!  The cars are cool and I get a bit of a Boardwalk Empire vibe from this (even though this cover predates that show by decades) which is a good thing.  A bit static in the pose but at least The Shadow is raining hot lead on the bad guys.
