What's the Difference with this Steranko cover?

 
There are 9 (nine) differences between these two covers.  Some are very apparent, others are a bit more subtle.  Good luck and have a great weekend, agents.

    Agent J reports: N8963, Waxmell, The Shadow's automatic, red shadowing on face, yellow shadowing is gone, cloak collar - that's all I can find!
