Wonderful cover for a really fun story. I have, indeed, read this one thanks to Anthony Tollin reprinting it (Vol 17). The fascination with Chinatown back in the day sparked a lot of pulse pounding stories throughout all of the pulps. The Dark Eagle gets to skulk amongst the celestial world where he is known as Ying Ko. On this cover it appears that our hero is content to just let the many hatchet men take each other out as he unravels the mystery of the Fate Joss.
