"The Thunder King"

I haven't read this one but I'm guessing that the woman in the background is Margo given that this is the first pulp appearance of Agent Lane.  This isn't a bad cover at all, just not up to the level of Rozen.  The story was simplified and included in the November 1943 issue of Shadow Comics.
