This is a Tinsley tale but not the fourth of the Prince of Evil stories. I'm torn about this cover. I hate the hat and wish the hands were gloved in the manner that Tinsley describes. Also, how the heck is the unconscious man staying on as The Shadow leaps for the wrecking ball. However, the voluminous folds of the cloak really create a presence. Yeah, I fall more on the 'like' side of this cover.
