A well painted cover that has everything going for it except... yep, green suit and cloak. Sure, the flashlight gives off a yellow hue but his black costume should have absorbed the light rather than reflect it as the color green. I was first introduced to this art with the "Mobsmen on the Spot" reprint from Pyramid Books.
