I rather like this cover. A lot of story there with just two cropped figures. Are they survivors of a shipwreck? Did our hero dive into a swamp to pull the damsel to safety? Perhaps she is a gun moll and is about to whisper her dying confession to aid The Shadow in bringing her two timing gangster boyfriend to justice. I guess youse jus' gotta read it to find out. Well painted and I love the dark background, appropriate for The Dark Eagle. Yep, I wish this were in my collection.
