Everybody was Kung-Fu fighting! Always disliked it when The Shadow looked like the Green Llama. Good one, AgentT. I didn't really pay any attention to the garter, instead I'll prefer to think of it as a strap for his ankle holster (and I don't believe they ever said he didn't have one) to hold a little back up, even if he doesn't really need it.
