Wonderful cover. Would love to have seen the muzzle flash go right through the center of the "O", but that's just me. Nice use of the purple color and a great rendering of The Shadow himself. Funny that the story revolves around our hero saving Inspector Cardona (hence the longest title in the run of the pulps) yet there is a damsel on the cover. I'd write it off as sex sells but that dress screams school marm! Haven't read this one but I look forward to it.
Love the cover and the novel is one of the better ones.
