The Blue Sphinx

The Shadow was in stride by the time this, the 70th printed adventure, was published.  According to this review, this is a good tale... just not a great one.  The cover, however, is a wonderful design both in composition and color.  I would love to have this one in my collection (which is painfully lacking in original pulps... just two).  I would've been excited to have run across this on the newsstands, dreaming of an exotic adventure akin to the Mummy films of Karloff.
