City of Fear

I've thought that it would be interesting for new versions of some of the lesser covers to be painted.  Same basic concept, different technique.  What if James Bama had painted this cover?  Or maybe Drew Struzan?  Why do I bring this up?  This isn't the best of covers.  It's not the worst and that's what makes it too bad.   Just a bit more pizzazz and it might have been far more memorable.  I haven't read this one and if you haven't then maybe this review will help you decide if it is next on your reading list or falls somewhere else.
