JUDGE LAWLESS. Decent '42 cover as The Shadow 'sits in' and presides over the demise of the titular character. "There goes the judge, there goes the judge", to paraphrase an old LAUGH-IN line...I remember liking the story, which was a bit off the beaten track for Gibson.
