THE GRAY GHOST. Excellent story and cover, though I always wondered if The Shadow's bullet is supposed to look like it's travelling through a nebulous nothing, or - SPOILER ALERT! - he's actually drilling the villain (rather anticlimactically). Oh, well, there's enough Gray Ghosts to go around... BTW, wish Tony's reprint cover was not darkened so much, and was closer in tone to the actual pulp!
