This one's got it all!

Skull and bony skeletal hand... check!  Big scary spider... check!  Exotic location... check!  Bad guys trying to kill our hero... check and check!  Huge smokewagons... check!  Glowing evil eyes... check!  The Shadow about to crush evil... CHECK!!!  But what's up with the brown shoes?!

A little info here about this.

The Man From Shanghai puzzle... SOLVED!

"Agent J reports: car added in top right, window added next to Shadow's foot, knife blade, that's all I can find for now!"

The other two differences are the thumbnail on the knife hand of the the bad guy and The Shadow's cloak has been elongated.  Hey, I try to be sneaky...

ANTS?!  I guess we'll just have to read the tale and find out.  Can't say that I like this particular cover but it is fairly well done.

Not The Shadow...

 ...but another of my all time favorite characters.  Plus this film came out two years after the 1994 "The Shadow" film and one that I thought was quite well done.  It certainly can't go toe to toe with the Marvel films or DC movies but it captured, for me, the charm and even sensibility of the time.  This would have been a great poster is they had gone ahead with it.  Drew Struzan is the artist.
