Not much to like about this cover. Terrible representation of The Shadow. Weak execution with little to no style. Shocking that it is a Rozen cover. I haven't read this yet and it will probably be some time before I do so I will just rely on this
review to get me through. Wish I had more to say about the cover art but when it is so blah I can't get much above a "meh".
